Chef de Partie 3AA Rosettes Ayrshire Live in

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join this luxury hotel that is home to a 3AA Rosettes restaurant.

Located in a beautiful area of Scotland, the restaurant already has a Head Chef on board whose has extensive experience in Michelin Star kitchens, so you will be working in a dynamic environment and able to learn from the best.

The kitchen is brand new, so all equipment is of the highest spec and you will also have access to the kitchen garden, meaning you will be working with exceptional, fresh and seasonal produce.

The restaurant can serve up to 40 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.

As Chef de Partie you will:
