We are seeking Electronics Engineers at all levels, to work on high-impact projects alongside industry experts, developing solutions to complex challenges and shaping the future of Defence technology. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of engineering domains, including electronics design, circuit design, power electronics, and both analogue and digital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing high-integrity, complex systems, including board-level electronics, circuit design, and system integration.
  • Contribute to the prototyping, testing, and proving activities of electronic components and systems.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to integrate electronic solutions into Defence platforms.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and bring fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and drive technological advancements within the engineering function.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met, maintaining high levels of communication and providing technical leadership.


Skills & Experience

  • Technical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in circuit design, power electronics, analogue and digital systems, and electronics prototyping.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., schematic capture, circuit simulation) and techniques such as DFMEA.
  • Experience with testing and proving activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and environmental testing.
