What you'll do

  • You will be what we call a 360° consultant, which means you’ll be managing the entire end to end recruitment process
  • This includes business development, building relationships and winning business with Directors at industry leading organisations.
  • You will also be responsible for finding candidates for those organisations, building relationships with them in order to find them the perfect new role
  • You will be a driving factor to creating a culture here at Anthony J. Spectre of collaboration and unity in recruitment.


What we need

  • While previous recruitment experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite; we prioritise individuals with a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence.
  • Whether equipped with a Bachelor's degree or a background in sales, we seek driven professionals eager to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and exceed performance targets.
