THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 8 years PQE within employment law. You are likely to have gained your experience within a nationally recognised practice, or within a similar boutique firm. Experience in international employment law would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be given.
A good understanding of priorities and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to provide excellent levels of client care across this enviable client base. A flair for business development and networking will aid you in your ability to thrive in this role. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team. The appointed legal professional will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently.
