We are seeking a Junior Product Manager. You will report directly to the Head of Products. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in our Bramhall office and 2 days working from home.


Provide excellent organisational skills to maintain all product management related reporting metrics and sound quality management skills to support the business. Support customers and printers with technical queries and ensure all supporting documentation throughout the supply chain is accurate and up to date. Support the Head of Products with any number of other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all elements of PM reporting from product sales to competitor and supplier analysis. Report any recommendations to the PM for improvements to the portfolio or other key metrics.
  • Address and manage quality issues and report performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support customers and the internal team with technical questions and become the expert in one way vision practise.
  • Manage all carbon footprint data collection and reporting. Promote ways to reduce the impact of the business on the environment.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a manufacturing/quality engineering background (preferred)
  • Experience in the wide format printing industry is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent numeric skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset
