Interim Rewards Manager | £600-£700 per day
We’re partnering with a leading global fintech brand to recruit an Interim Reward Manager. This exciting opportunity allows you to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a pivotal role during a period of transition.
This position is critical to support compensation projects and ensure seamless reward operations globally.
Key Details:
- Role: Interim Reward Manager
- Contract Duration: 4-5 months
- Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office (specific days required) at their London office
- Start Date: Immediate
- Day Rate: £600-£700
- IR35 Status: TBC
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Guidance: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide benchmarking and insights to stay ahead of market trends and hiring challenges.
- Pay Review Processes: Lead the delivery of annual performance and pay reviews, working closely with People Partners and business leaders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across departments and regions to support reward initiatives.
- Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct in-depth compensation analysis, participate in salary surveys, and develop salary bands for business areas.
- Policy and Process Improvement: Enhance reward policies, drive operational excellence, and deliver training to support policy awareness.
About You:
- Experience: 5+ years in a reward-focused role, ideally within a scale-up business or within the technology, fintech, or payments sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to build models and analyse data.
- Communication: Ability to convey complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders globally.
- Leadership: Experience in managing compensation strategies and driving change in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Tools: Familiarity with Workday and Aon systems is advantageous; experience with sales compensation or executive pay is desirable.
