We seek a dynamic, ambitious Marketing Manager who can lead the account management of our team partners and deliver value to them as we build our exciting racing project in the MotoGP World Championship. You will be a pivotal link in forging strong relationships with the marketing teams of our promoters, media rights holders and global partners, helping them maximize their relationship with Trackhouse, ensuring they are aligning with the key messages and brand positioning of Trackhouse in their own communications, and delivering support on Trackhouses’ channels where it is possible and appropriate to do so. This role will also play a part in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage fans, and our drive toward commercial success. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day aspects of marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities.

Duties:

· Direct interface with Trackhouse MotoGP sponsors, licensees, partners, and suppliers to:

  • Support activations worldwide at each race and off-site.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are managed and delivered.
  • Work with Commercial to identify areas of additional value which could support growth and future additional investment from sponsors.
  • Liaise with Commercial Director on licensing and merchandise program, to ensure sponsors recognition integrated where applicable.

· Oversight on all sponsor hosting and attendance including but not limited to:

  • VIP management
  • Accreditations
  • Invite materials

· Oversight on gifting projects and materials for sponsors

· Liaise with appropriate contacts at motoGP rights holder, Dorna, to understand regulatory guidelines on-site and deliver maximum value for partners race to race, season to season.

· Responsible for collation of all race to race and end of season sponsor reporting, providing valuations and impact reports to support partnership objectives, and ongoing prospection and renegotiations of Commercial department.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, to engage fans and attract sponsors.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sponsorship opportunities and support development of revenue streams exploited by Commercial department.

· Analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

· Lead marketing function and mentor executives who support the marketing functions, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture across the entire team.

· Represent Trackhouse at race weekends and any other racing activities requiring on-site presence. Sponsor activations off-track, promotional campaigns during off-season etc. events.

· Provide assistance to other team members including Team Manager, Commercial Director and Head of Communications on other duties as appropriate.

Qualifications:

· Significant recent integrated marketing experience with a consumer facing sports or entertainment brand in Europe is essential.

· Strong account management skills (client or agency side) in a fast-paced industry (sports, media, or entertainment)

· Ability to interpret insights and translate to a global strategy for market-level execution.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects, moving them forward while meeting internal deadlines

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, informing, influencing and collaborating at all levels of the team

· Strong multi-tasking and cross functional working skills, with the need to balance Trackhouse pressures with brand needs.

· Will have worked with or for creative / media agencies, with ability to write clear briefs and project manage.

· Experience with influencer and content marketing, as well as more traditional above and below the line marketing channels.

· Ability to be self-driven and motivated due to remote working and on-site nature of work

· Cultural understanding in applying marketing activations and campaigns worldwide

· Strong presentation skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and race series

Working Conditions

· Work is mainly located at the race circuit where events will be scheduled.

· Working remotely, between events with occasional visits to Manufacturer or Team HQ.

· Races and events will include outdoor environment and working in the elements including hazardous chemicals and fumes.

· Able to demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety protocol.
