Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming mail, courier services, and departmental requests
  • Maintaining electronic filing and document management systems
  • Preparing digital court bundles and handling reprographics support
  • Conducting conflict searches and opening new case files
  • Overseeing travel arrangements and office supply inventory


Your Skills:

  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and customer service
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in professional services
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Skilled in meeting deadlines and managing workload independently
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable team player with strong communication skills
