Team Coordinators wanted for a 5-day summer school in Cambridge from the 15th to the 19th of August. Starting payment of £600 with £100 bonus based on feedback, with free lunches and dinners.

The summer school consists of a group of 51 undergraduate students from China studying aerospace engineering. During the course, they will attend lectures in the Engineering Department (Trumpington Street), take accommodation at Selwyn College throughout the week, and travel to Oxford and Bicester on the 17th.

Responsibilities

As a team coordinator, you will need to:

  1. Stay with the group for 80% of all activities (expecting activities between around 9.30 am-5.30 pm and inclusive dinners after 5.30 pm)
  2. Assist the team leader to ensure the activity agenda is implemented smoothly and seamlessly
  3. Coordinating between students and event venues
  4. Mix and interact with students

Requirements

As the group of students are from a higher education background, we prefer:

  1. As the program is heavily University-of-Cambridge-based, current Cambridge students/staff or graduates are preferred.
  2. Fluent in the English language
  3. Good communication skills
