We are seeking a Legal & Business Affairs lawyer to join this dynamic business, which leads the way in immersive and creative storytelling.
The Role:
As part of the Legal & Business Affairs team, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements across various media platforms, from television to immersive experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Legal & Business Affairs, you will collaborate closely with development, production and distribution teams in a vibrant, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements
- Liaising with UK and international clients
- Advising on contractual rights, compliance, and strategic initiatives
- Keeping abreast of important legal developments in the industry
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in complex negotiations within media or agency environments
- Solid knowledge of commercial law and IP rights
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with digital and tech content contracts is a plus
