What we do


We currently run in-person and virtual events in Intellectual Property, Data and Learning & Development, bringing together groups of senior executives from global companies to share ideas, overcome challenges and benchmark their strategies with peers. Our events are sponsored by a mix of leading tech vendors, consultants and law firms who are all interested in meeting our network. We work closely with everyone involved in the event to help facilitate meetings between the vendors and the delegates.

We have a young(ish) management team with a wealth of experience across more “traditional” working environments and Boscia Group was born out of a desire to create a business model where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.


We have developed a world-class sales training programme that will give you the confidence, skills and support to perform the job effectively - working closely alongside some of the best in the industry.


As a result of our early success, the company has grown quickly from 5 people to 28 in under three years which has led to new opportunities. Since launching in May 2021, everyone that joined has been promoted, and is taking on more responsibility. This is something we don’t see slowing down, giving you plenty of opportunity to grow with us.


We love to socialise as a team and have regular nights out enjoying some of the good food, drinks and activities that London has to offer.


We have a hybrid workplace model, working from our WeWork office in Waterloo twice a week on Wednesday and Thursday. However, depending on your home set up and preference, our membership allows you to work additional days in any WeWork office giving you the option to spend more time in an office setting if you wish.


The job can be demanding but we recognise the importance of work/life balance which, amongst other things, is reflected in our early finishes at 3pm on Fridays.


What do we need from you?


The ultimate aim of this role is to attract senior executives from large companies to our events (e.g. Barclays, GSK, Unilever, Shell, Nissan). This will be done through lots of research on LinkedIn and targeting decision makers, with outreach efforts including email, LinkedIn messages and calling when needed. You will take ownership of the full delegate engagement lifecycle, from initial lead generation through to consolidating relationships with your delegates at the events themselves.

· Degree level or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

· Excellent research skills using LinkedIn and other sources

· Confidence in speaking with senior executives over video calls (e.g. Teams, Zoom)

· Strong written ability

· Sociable and personable

· Solution-centric approach to your work

· The ability to work in a target-driven, professional environment

· Business experience (desirable but not essential)


Earning potential?


The harder you work, the bigger the pay cheque. We offer a starting basic salary of £24k which will quickly increase with experience and results. With commission and bonuses, you can expect to earn £35K in your first year and £40k in your second. Depending on your progress through the business, we want to see people earning amazing money. We take huge pride in not only helping to develop people professionally, but also in building an exciting life for them outside of work.
