Delivery Project Manager – Join a Leading EV Charging Provider

I’m partnering with an innovative company that’s at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) charging revolution. With a mission to deliver fast and ultra-fast charging solutions across Europe, my client is driving the future of sustainable mobility. They are looking to expand their UK operations and are seeking a Project Manager (known internally as a Delivery Manager) to oversee the installation of cutting-edge EV charging stations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in the growth of a rapidly expanding company within a fast-paced, dynamic industry. The company’s goal is to contribute to zero-emission mobility by providing seamless charging experiences for EV drivers everywhere. If you have a passion for clean energy and want to work in an environment that’s both challenging and rewarding, this could be the role for you

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the installation of new EV charging sites from start to finish, ensuring the timely delivery of projects. You'll lead critical path analysis, coordinate with municipalities for permits, and work with grid operators to ensure successful grid connections.
  • Responsible for managing the planning, preparation, and overall execution of new charging station installations across the UK.
  • You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, municipalities, and the operations team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: As the first point of contact for technical challenges during installation, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client & Commercial Support: Support the commercial team with technical input, process client requests for additional stations or relocations, and manage the financial and operational aspects of these changes.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience managing multiple installation projects simultaneously
  • Ability to independently conduct site assessments, including technical design and feasibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in home, office, or public EV charging infrastructure is a big plus
  • Fluent in English (this is essential for the role)

Why This Role Is Exciting: This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company at the cutting edge of the EV industry. My client offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with excellent opportunities for career development. You’ll be part of a growing team, where you’ll be empowered to take on exciting challenges and drive impactful change in the industry.

If you're ready to make a real difference and advance your career in a rapidly growing sector, I’d love to hear from you. Please send me your CV and a cover letter outlining why you're the perfect fit for this exciting opportunity
