About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and influencers, leveraging your expertise in commercial lending, asset finance, and enterprise software.
  • Lead the Sales Process: Oversee every aspect of the sales journey, from identifying opportunities to executing contracts.
  • Drive Success: Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining high standards for integrity, quality, and customer service.
  • Develop Opportunities: Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and executing targeted sales campaigns in both new and existing territories.
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams, including solution consultants, to deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals.
  • Represent Us: Act as a representative at industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand your network and raise brand awareness.


What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 5 years’ experience selling enterprise software to banking and financial services, preferably in commercial banking or specialty finance.
  • Strategic Vision: Success in developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to present winning business cases and showcase how our solutions deliver ROI.
  • A Track Record of Success: Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $2-5M+ and engaging CXO-level audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A history of managing complex deals with varying close cycles while thinking on your feet.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-motivation to lead sales initiatives from start to finish.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman and tools that enable effective sales processes.
