We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join on a 12-month contract to support with the following responsibilities;


  • Design and Implementation: Design, configure, test, and implement changes and enhancements to HR systems.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide accurate HR MI, reports, analysis, and insights within agreed timescales for the management team and wider business.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation, manuals, and reports for the HR systems and applications, and provide training and guidance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance and functionality of the HR systems and applications and identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • HR Support: Supporting the compensation and benefits policies and processes. Providing effective HR support and advice to the business.
