I am recruiting for a VIP Account Manager to join a start-up premium casino and sportsbook brand, with employees based internationally. The brand's aim is to become a niche global brand, offering a premium service to it's customers and creating a rewarding gambling experience.

Reporting directly into the business owners and working closely with the COO, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the VIP acquisition and retention strategy, increasing VIPs LTV and retention rate.


What will your day-to-day look like:

  • Overseeing and implementing the VIP strategy
  • Be the main point of contact for VIPs and working closely with the Customer Service Team to make sure top-quality service is provided to VIPs.
  • Negotiate VIP deals and offers.
  • Organise and coordinate VIPs offers and dedicated VIPs events.
  • Working with the CRM Team to define VIP CRM journeys.
  • Benchmarking against competitors VIPs’ programs and driving the key changes to stay on top of the competition.
  • Early VIP identification through the chain.


What's required for this role:

  • Previous experience in a VIP Account Management role within the gambling industry.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent socials skills with the ability to build long-standing relationships with clients.
  • Experience working in non-regulated markets
  • Understanding of crypto is a must. The ideal candidate should be able to read the chain to identify potential VIPs.
