Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant Digital PR Campaign Creator to join a high tempo and collaborative team. An integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for the creation of newsworthy campaigns, covering everything from data and research through to copywriting and proofreading.


You’ll be provided with training on how to use the latest AI technology to help collate and interrogate data sets at speed, as well as training on how to create newsworthy copy that matches our clients’ tone of voice, whilst offering compelling stories for journalists.


You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns move through production with minimal delays, adhering to agreed timelines and delivering high standards of work that do not require amends.


Key Responsibilities


  • Interrogate campaign briefs to assess feasibility and relevance
  • Understand campaign goals and suggest data sources to support the story
  • Liaise with the Account Management team to understand how to communicate effective and on-brand stories
  • Use a combination of AI and manual research to create high-quality data sets to be used in campaigns
  • Confidently manipulate large data sets to help create a compelling story
  • Add value beyond the campaign brief by looking for trends and data sets which can support the story
  • Proactively provide solutions to address flaws in campaign methodologies
  • Passionately turn insightful data into press-worthy written materials
  • Ensure campaign output meets our high standards and requires minimal rework
  • Deliver engaging press releases and SEO-led copy for clients
  • Become a subject matter expert in our client verticals, assisting with source gathering and campaign direction



Personal Specification


  • Experience with using formulas to compile and analyse data within Google Sheets
  • Creative thinker with the ability to think on your feet
  • Team player who is motivated by working with others and a strong communicator
  • High attention to detail and pride in your output - your work will be visible to thousands of people
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience in a PR or digital role will be a bonus but is not essential
  • Ambitious - you want to contribute to the growth of an employee-owned company
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
