We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of all building materials for our own projects and our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:


• Material Procurement: Source and procure all building materials, with a primary focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Order Management: Utilize our in-house system to manage all orders from the site, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.

• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best prices and terms to benefit our projects.

• Account Management: Maintain accounts with suppliers, overseeing all associated administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Department Development: Play a crucial role in building a robust and efficient procurement department, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
