£30-£40 PER HOUR DOE | HYBRID / FLEXIBLE WORKING | EXETER
Our client, a Legal Advisory firm, based in Exeter, is seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to join their team on temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have strong conveyancing experience and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will handle a variety of property transactions, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless coordination with our equity release team when applicable.
This role offers flexible working conditions for a minimum of 8 weeks
Locum Conveyancer responsibilities will include:
- Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including purchases, sales, and transfers
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of legal documents and transactions
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the equity release team, maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
Requirements of the Locum Conveyancer:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing with a solid understanding of property law
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and systems
