You will assist and advise commercial clients on:

  • Investigations and complex employment claims
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Advising clients in the financial services sector
  • Day-to-day employment queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues, and working time questions
  • Strategic projects, such as compliance with new legal requirements
  • Corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, business transfers, and outsourcing

  • Collective matters, including restructuring, redundancies, integration, and TUPE
  • Senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits
  • Industrial relations and trade union matters

About You

  • You are an experienced employment lawyer seeking to join a successful, growing, dynamic, and highly collaborative team.
  • Your experience should include some transactional work.
  • You are well-organized, proactive, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong academic record and a high level of enthusiasm are essential, as we are eager for you to hit the ground running.
