Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives across multiple shopify platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to optimize our online store's performance and ensure seamless operations, ideally with a proven track record of delivering growth within international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement an International market growth strategy across UK, USA and Europe in line with the existing fulfilment centres

Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

User Experience: Optimize the customer journey by improving site navigation, design, and functionality to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in key markets, UK, USA, Europe.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including web developers, payment processors, and in house logistic partners to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, including forecasting, planning, and reporting on financial performance.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.


Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Shopify e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo, web analytics tools, and digital marketing tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Customer Focus:Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding of consumer behaviour in the online shopping context.
