MacGregor Black are partnering with a global FMCG business, on the search for a HRBP- Northern Europe Distribution Markets. This is a permanent role based in West London.


Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, talent reviews, performance management, and compensation reviews.
  • Employee Relations: Provide coaching to managers on resolving employee relations issues and performance challenges.
  • HR Process Coordination: Manage HR processes, including labor relations, organizational development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align HR plans with global strategies and business goals, particularly for the NEDM cluster.
  • Compliance & Administrative Oversight: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR-related laws, with a preference for knowledge in European (especially German) regulations.


What are we looking for?


  • Experience: 7+ years in HR, with a generalist background in recruitment, learning and development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR laws, especially within Europe and Germany.
  • Matrixed Environment: Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead change, drive organizational transformation, and influence stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align HR strategies with business needs and deliver outstanding results
