We are looking for a proactive, diligent and highly organised Team Administrator to join the in-house recruitment team of a leading City Law firm as soon as possible.


The Team Administrator / Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the recruitment team, providing full administrative support.


This entry level role would suit a confident, hard working and efficient individual with excellent administration, organisational and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office and databases.

You will have confident communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities as the Recruitment Team Administrator will include:


  • Assisting the recruitment team with full administrative support
  • Diary management, arranging meetings and interviews and booking meeting rooms
  • Liaising with candidates and consultants to arrange interviews
  • Preparing and distributing documentation
  • Maintenance of databases and ATS
  • Producing reports
  • Undertaking research and benchmarking
  • Assisting in the coordination of graduate recruitment assessment days

What we’re looking for:


  • c6 months+ office based administration / coordination experience
  • Good academics - minimum GCSE level including English and Maths
  • Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels
  • IT literate including MS Office
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Keen interest in recruitment or HR is highly beneficial
  • Proactive and ‘can-do’ nature
  • Highly organised nature with a good eye for detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and proactive team player
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines
