Its talented team is adept at making the complicated simple, delivering fully integrated campaigns, content marketing strategies and brand repositioning for some of the biggest and best names in tech, engineering, sport and leisure.


The Midweight Copywriter role


As a midweight copywriter with a gift for stripping back jargon, your role is to break through the beige of traditional B2B marketing.


With responsibility for the creation and development of campaign ideas, you will be working on everything from headlines and body copy for print advertising, to digital, video content and social media.


An imaginative, passionate thinker with a curious, inquisitive mind, you should have a knack for crafting conceptual, creative and long-form writing.


You will be able to write clear, accurate and persuasive copy that can engage a range of audiences. A talent for selling ideas in an inspirational way along with the ability to work as part of a team to tight deadlines is essential.


At least two years of copywriting experience in an agency setting is required, ideally with a track record in B2B.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years experience minimum in writing beautiful, creative and compelling marketing, technical and promotional content, ideally in B2B

Word-nerdiness and a passion for sentence structure and grammar

Experience or interest in developing B2B storytelling expertise

A desire to develop and learn about the B2B marketing ecosystem and its various moving parts

A portfolio (or a bunch of examples) of content you’ve written 

An openness and keenness to work with internal teams to get to the best answer possible 

Knowledge of what good looks like in copywriting 

A desire and interest for working in a B2B creative agency team

Strong creative, organisational, problem solving and time-management skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills – be able to make your case to the team and the client while maintaining perspective on the bigger picture

Work well on your own as well as within a team

Bonus: Curiosity, passion, and interests beyond your 9-to-5

PACKAGE:


Based in London Bridge, SE1, we are a 90-second walk from the station (yes, we've timed it). As an agency of 35+, we're large enough to take on challenging projects but small enough that everyone's voice is heard. The fast-moving nature of the agency means there are both responsibility and progression opportunities for the right people.

Following 6-month probation, the company offers:


· Training: dedicated training budget agreed by you and your manager, so you can steer your own CPD
