We're working with a client based in Oxford who's looking for a talented IT Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation to be trained and mentored within a supportive architectural team that cares about your progression.


On top of receiving a program that will give you a deeper understanding of IT systems architecture and best practices, you’ll also be a key player in keeping the brand’s company's IT infrastructure running smoothly. You'll identify and fix tech issues, ensure IT services are optimal, and collaborate/lead on various IT projects across the business


Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside experienced architects to gain exposure to IT solutions design and implementation
  • Assist in analysing business needs and translating them into technical solutions
  • Support the team with ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer



Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a technical IT role
  • Must be UK based within a commutable distance without visa/sponsorship requirements
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and basic IT hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and a passion for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
