Join our team as a Team Leader where you will lead the culinary operations at this unique venue. This role is perfect for a skilled culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality using beautiful local produce. Lead a kitchen where passion for local produce and culinary excellence are at the forefront of what they do.


Catering ChefIdeal Profile:

  • Experienced in high-volume catering operations, with a strong hands-on cooking background
  • Proficient in food safety and health and safety, ensuring all practices comply with regulatory standards.
  • Skilled in staff management, including recruitment, development, and scheduling of kitchen teams.
  • Ability to efficiently plan daily prep volumes and manage kitchen workflow to meet customer demands without compromising quality.
  • Experience working closely with management and other teams to control food stocks, manage waste, and drive sales growth


Catering ChefResponsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of every dish, ensuring it meets our established standards for quality and presentation
  • Assist the Lead Chef with recruitment, training, and development of the kitchen staff.
  • Manage rotas and staff schedules to align with business demands
  • Collaborate with the Station Managers to maintain food safety, manage stock levels, and minimize waste
  • Work with the Lead Chef and Food and Experience Manager to introduce new products and seasonal menus, ensuring they are communicated effectively to both back and front of house teams.
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve kitchen operations and standards
