We are recruiting for our client, an award winning PR and social agency in London.


They are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Social Account Director and managing a Content Executive (who does all of the shooting), this role is critical to content creation and production efforts across various social media platforms. The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing visually compelling content that resonates with audiences and aligns with clients' strategic goals. Our client's clients are culturally led and in the gen z space.


The main focus of this role will be producing, managing budgets, feasibility of assets and briefing third parties/ freelancers.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Social Media Content Creation

  • Develop and support engaging content across primary social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Generate innovative post ideas and formats that align with client communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content is consistent with brand voice and objectives.


Social Media Content Production

  • Oversee the entire production process for social media content, from pre-production planning to final editing.
  • Create visually compelling content, including short-form videos, animations, and graphic artwork.
  • Write captivating copy and captions that enhance the storytelling of visuals and engage audiences.


Trends and Reactive Content

  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for clients to participate in current conversations.
  • Collaborate with the team to quickly produce reactive content that aligns with trends and client strategies.


Production Oversight

  • Manage the production process for both in-house and partner content, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with creative teams to maintain high production standards and consistency across all content.


Video and Design Skills

  • Capture and edit video content using DSLR cameras and smartphones.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Videoleap, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Ability to produce high-quality video content and graphic designs that align with brand guidelines.


Copywriting

  • Craft effective copy and captions tailored to each social media platform.
  • Ensure all written content reflects the brand’s tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.


Attention to Detail

  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all content to maintain consistent brand representation.
  • Review all content for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client objectives.


Adaptability

  • Stay agile and responsive to changing market trends and business needs.
  • Ability to pivot content strategies quickly based on client feedback or emerging trends.


Experience

  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands, particularly in the drinks, entertainment, and FMCG categories, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.
  • Previous experience in full-service creative agencies or media publishers is highly desirable.

Salary: £35-47k plus a great benefits package.
