Key Responsibilities


Project and Team Leadership

  • Manage the creative project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are executed to a high standard, run smoothly, and are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with external freelancers and specialist creatives to maintain strict adherence to brand visual guidelines.
  • Review and approve key creative outputs, ensuring they are on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Creative Direction

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets across digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Develop visual content that communicates the intended message effectively, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
  • Support the evolution and consistency of the brand identity, ensuring a cohesive look that reflects the company's brand values and positioning.
  • Establish and maintain brand design guidelines, setting the standards for visual elements such as colour palettes, typography, imagery, and overall design aesthetics.


Requirements


Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
  • Proven ability to conceptualise and create graphics and illustrations that clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Proficient in developing digital brand assets, including web pages, social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and online advertisements.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining brand systems that ensure consistent and impactful design across all touchpoints.
  • Skilled in using design elements to craft narratives that align with brand values and resonate with the audience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and insights, with experience in their application.
  • Some experience with web design, including responsive layouts and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
