Package: £40K + KPI’s (2K) + Personal sales (OTE– between 90k – 100K)

Location: Twickenham, Webb Ellis House, 4-days a week office, 1 home.



As a Senior Business Development Manager – The Experience at Keith Prowse, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of The Experience (Golf). Your responsibilities will include converting inbound leads and generating new business opportunities, ensuring the continued success and expansion of our offerings.



You'll be doing:


  • Independently sourcing leads and building profitable working relationships.
  • Fostering and developing relationships with key decision-makers among customers.
  • Identifying new areas for growth and maximizing potential around new accounts.
  • Demonstrating a track record of proactive sales and securing significant new business wins.
  • Creating and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Maintaining the required sales pace to meet targets.
  • Staying on top of campaign activities and progress.
  • Mapping competitors and understanding our unique selling points.
  • Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and databases are updated promptly.



You'll have


  • A genuine passion for golf.
  • Proven experience in selling golf packages, with a robust network of contacts and relationships within the golf industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members, potential customers, and employees from various departments, while maintaining a highly professional image.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing sales performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
  • Quick adaptability to new concepts and sales strategies.
  • Capability to inspire growth and drive success.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive sales plans.
  • An outgoing personality and a love for social interaction.
  • A meticulous and positive approach to work, serving as a role model for the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), along with a solid understanding of database management.
