The company: Scanlon Ewing is a friendly, busy, local legal practice based in Clydebank and deals with conveyancing, executry work, powers of attorney and wills. We have a well-established clientele, and the vast majority of our business comes from existing customers and recommendations.



The role: Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking for a qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing. Experience in other private client work is of interest, but training in these areas can be provided. Consideration will be given to applicants from NQ to experienced, with a package to reflect seniority. Applicants should be able to manage their own case load with minimal oversight. Consideration will be given to hybrid working for the right applicant if this is of interest. Good prospects for promotion and business development. Confidentiality of applications will of course be respected.



  • Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with house purchases and sales from outset to completion
  • Potential to deal with Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Executry work if desired



Qualifications: Fully qualified solicitor on the roll of the Law Society of Scotland
