Generating revenue in excess of £30 million annually whilst growing profits year-on-year, we’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing, privately owned businesses. Our first physical store opens in 2023, signing a 10-year lease for our flagship retail space at 354 Oxford Street, London.


Role Overview


As Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will define and execute a high-performing strategy to elevate the brand and engage our followers across platforms. Acting as a ‘brand guardian’ for our social presence, you’ll work collaboratively with Creative, Buying & Operations to lead our social success.


The Day to Day


  • Social media strategy, setting engagement & reach KPIs for all platforms.
  • Propose innovative ideas for ‘scroll-stopping’ content and curate high-quality social content feeds.
  • Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy, proposing collaborations to elevate the brand.
  • Reporting and analytics, with actionable insights.


You Should Apply If


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • A keen interest in creative and fashion.
  • Experience of executing paid influencer collaborations.
  • Problem solving aptitude, with strong organisational capability and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A thorough understanding of the social media landscape, driving new initiatives, and keeping up to date with industry innovations.


The Interview Process


Stage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)


Stage 2 – initial chat (30 mins) an introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.


Stage 3 – formal interview (60 mins) the final stage is a case study and management interview with the hiring manager.
