Duties/Responsibilities:
- Immersive Departmental Training: Engage in a comprehensive training programme designed to provide hands-on experience and deep understanding across key business areas. Dive into departmental operations, methodologies, and best practices under the guidance of expert mentors.
- Skill Development: Acquire essential skills and competencies relevant to your role. Participate in workshops, seminars, and practical exercises to enhance your business management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gain exposure to diverse perspectives and approaches. - Executive Team Support: Work closely with each MET (Management Executive Team) member, providing support with a focus on Partner Management and Marketing. Assist in organizing and coordinating MET and other executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors and partners to support events and ensure smooth operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, and technical support. Ensure all meetings run smoothly and efficiently.
- Special Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the executive team. Track progress and deadlines for ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion.
