Job Description

Your Team

As experts of Avaloqs Web & Mobile Banking solutions we are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European market. Following agile development processes we take care of all aspects related to our Web Banking and the Mobile App offering by leveraging on our Avaloq Core Platform and tailoring the product to the market demands. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across several locations all over Europe. With us you can be part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge worldwide banking initiatives.

Your responsibilities

As a Business analyst you take ownership and responsibility of your area of expertise which includes:

  • Analyse business requirements and processes
  • Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and IT solutions
  • Design business solutions in Avaloq
  • Participate in implementation workshops
  • Actively manage client relationship by communicating regularly and providing business consulting services to Avaloq customers
  • Prepare reports and project documents concerning new client requirements, ongoing activities and project status

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within a banking business
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and structured working method with a passion for learning

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent
  • Experience with Web and Mobile App development
  • Experience in serving Web Solutions
  • Programming skills (knowledge in PL/SQL is considered a plus)
  • German language skills (B2)
