IT Service Delivery Governance Manager

Some of the key deliverables in the role will be:


  • Performing governance measures with regards to incident and problem management, and playing a key role in improving the incident management programme
  • Ensure monitoring is performed to track changes in configurations to the EMEA technology estate to align with IT Control Frameworks
  • Owning change management documentation
  • Own the maintenance of Monitoring and Event management policy and standards documentation and ensure ongoing review


Key skills needed:


  • Significant experience in service management with a proven track record in dealing with 3rd parties especially for audits
  • Strong ITSM process design experience
  • Experience in a multi-national complex organisation
  • Understanding of frameworks related to ITSM - DORA and other operational resilience frameworks
  • Proficiency in ITSM software and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • ITIL or any related qualifications highly deirable
