As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, such as online platforms, referrals, networking events and more.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and fit for the role.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for finding the best talent for your clients.
