About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our client’s team, working across two private hospitals in Bedford and Milton Keynes. You will need to have your own car, a valid full UK driver’s licence, and be comfortable travelling between the two locations. As part of Britain's leading independent healthcare provider, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier physiotherapy services, specialising in rehabilitation from injury and surgery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse clinical caseload, delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
  • Provide expert care to both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Offer clinical guidance and support to junior physiotherapy staff.
  • Uphold a professional and compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Travel between the Bedford and Milton Keynes locations as required.


About You:

This would suit a Physiotherapist who has completed their Band 5 rotations in MSK and who now wants to do this full time.

  • Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in Physiotherapy, with HCPC registration and CSP membership.
  • Experience: Significant post-graduate experience within UK hospitals.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CSP and HCPC guidelines, Care Standards Act, and CQC requirements. You should also possess Quality Assurance expertise and have GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent.
  • Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel between locations.
