We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at The Black Horse in Reigate.With a full refurbishment planned soon, its a great time to be part of our journey.

Assistant Manager - The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
  • Assist the General Manager and able to demonstrate leadership skills
  • Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team
  • Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
  • Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention

Heartwood Collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more comingWe aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
