Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for experienced and enthusiastic Reformer and Mat Pilates Trainers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for trainers who are passionate about Pilates and eager to be part of a new, dynamic studio environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes to a diverse group of clients.
  • Customise workouts to suit the individual needs and goals of clients.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and motivating atmosphere during sessions.
  • Provide guidance and corrections to ensure clients' safety and proper technique.
  • Contribute to the development of our studio’s class offerings and community culture.
  • Assist with studio events, workshops, and other community-building activities.


Qualifications:

  • Certification in Reformer and Mat Pilates from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates.
  • Knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
