ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Support tax planning needs across M&A, tax structuring and due diligence.
  • Navigate and manage tax policy developments, particularly upcoming Pillar 2 obligations.
  • Assist with an array of tax projects across R&D, withholding taxes, group financing and transfer pricing.
  • Manage the Irish and UK direct tax compliance process and support the tax provisioning process.
  • Ensure timely query resolution from auditors and Revenue Authorities
  • Engage with business leaders, offering timely and accurate tax advice to drive efficient and compliant business solutions.
  • Research, document, and analyse new international tax legislation and its potential impact on the business.
  • Collaborate with various teams on a wide range of recurring and one-time projects.
  • Strive to automate/improve processes where possible to enhance efficiencies.


ABOUT THE PERSON

  • At least 6 years’ experience.
  • Tax and Accounting qualification essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
