Role Overview:


As CFO, you will be a critical member of our executive team, directing our overall financial plans and accounting practices. You will oversee financial strategy, planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives and innovative approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our strategic goals and enhances profitability.
  • Manage the finance department to ensure optimal performance, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Implement and refine financial and accounting systems, processes, and controls to support MetaWin's growth and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other C-suite executives to guide key business decisions and capital financing.
  • Navigate the complexities of the iGaming and cryptocurrency markets, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion financial modelling and analysis to support the company's strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Proven leadership experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role within the iGaming or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial, regulatory, and ethical considerations specific to these industries.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and compliance landscapes.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or other relevant financial certification preferred.
