Role Overview

  • The primary objective of this role is to be a key member of the Property team, offering top-notch service to clients on a variety of matters.
  • The team emphasizes client relationship building and business development, involving all members in these processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Landlord & tenant work for residential property, with some commercial experience preferred
  • Sales and purchases of land (registered, unregistered, freehold, and leasehold)
  • Plot sales
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages and property finance
  • Easements
  • Lease extensions, including statutory lease extensions
  • Purchasing development sites, with experience in option agreements and conditional contracts
  • Participating in business development initiatives


Ideal Candidate:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in UK private practice, with strong knowledge of residential conveyancing matters
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively
  • Active engagement in networking opportunities to build team and firm profiles
  • The capability to deliver clear and influential internal training
  • Effective case management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
