Senior Commercial Lawyer

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced commercial lawyer with one our dynamic clients, based in Manchester. They are currently seeking an interim senior commercial lawyer.


Job description:

  • Commercial contract review, primarily strategic partnership agreements across the various industries the client operate in;
  • Assess legal and commercial risks with a pragmatic and strategic approach;
  • Support and manage various internal stakeholders with their legal and commercial queries.


Requirements:

  • Available full time - this role is 4/5 days a week, normal working hours.
  • Work in the Manchester office at least once a week (ideal candidate can come in 2/3 days a week).


Length of term: Initially a 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension.


Location: Hybrid/Manchester.
