Overview:

A leading non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Media Officer to work closely with the Media team to assist with the organisations external media coverage. This will include researching and writing press materials.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain some great career experience for a globally recognised company.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the media team
  • Keeping up to date with news articles and coverage on the industry
  • Taking incoming calls and emails from journalists
  • Working with social media team to respond to queries
  • Liaising with internal/external teams on latest news articles

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Media Administration position
  • Excellent written skills
  • A passion and knowledge in news and media
  • An excellent communicator
