Sellick Partnership are recruiting to an exciting opportunity to work as a Fitness to Practise Investigator within a London-based regulatory body.


Our client is looking for a caseworker who will deal with their own caseload of claims relating to Fitness to Practise matters. They operate under a hybrid working pattern, with the view of attending their London offices 1 - 2 days per week. The role is a permanent position paying an annual salary of £43,650 + additional benefits.


Responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Handling a caseload of Fitness to Practise matters
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Liaising with claimants, registrants and solicitors
  • Preparing court bundles


It is essential for the successful FtP Investigator to have experience in undertaking complex investigations and taking detailed witness statements, ideally within the Fitness to Practise sector, but those with strong experience of this from another sector will also be considered.
