Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Skin Cupid, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing campaigns that promote our vibrant e-commerce platform. Your primary objectives will be to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire new customers. This role demands a focus on performance and growth metrics, requiring you to leverage various digital channels and tools to achieve measurable results. This is a senior role with decision-making responsibilities and the potential for a substantial impact on the organisation's growth. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, guiding and mentoring the wider marketing team while shaping the future of our marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision and Execution: Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans, aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Identifying long-term market opportunities and formulating strategies to address them. Drives innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging emerging trends and technologies.
  • Ads Strategy & Execution: Create, manage, and optimise online advertising campaigns for multiple markets on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok to drive traffic, conversions, and sales. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain ROI.
  • Email Marketing: Strategise and execute the email marketing strategy, implementing flows, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and tracking. Make data-driven decisions and tests, with an aim to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Loyalty Program: Support marketing efforts for our loyalty programs, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaign: Manage an integrated campaign calendar, prioritising accordingly while overseeing the end-to-end project management of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans across brand launches, sales and seasonal beats to drive sales, engagement, and customer acquisition, pushing boundaries on innovation and creativity.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms and audiences, ensuring stakeholder approvals and error-free output. Manages project content calendars, ensuring timely publication and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Growth Strategies: Implement growth marketing tactics to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to discover the most effective growth strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data from various sources to gain insights into customer behaviour and campaign performance. Use these insights to refine and improve marketing efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance marketing activities, to inform future decisions. Present findings and recommendations to management.


Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience: At Least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven history of successfully managing and executing multiple integrated marketing projects and campaigns, demonstrating growth and impact on the organisation.
  • Performance Marketing Skills: Experience in email marketing and paid ads execution, with expertise across digital platforms and channels, including TikTok, Meta, and Google. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with marketing tools and CMS systems, Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Design Tools: Comfortable with using design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe.
  • Attributes: Highly creative with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibits leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Passion for Skincare and Beauty: Genuine enthusiasm for skincare and make-up, with a particular interest and appreciation for Korean skincare.
