Office Manager – food & beverage start-up – up to £33k pro rata + great benefits (4 days per week)

Our client is an innovative food & beverage company, they are seeking a confident Office Manager to join their dynamic team. This exciting role is working 4 days per week from their collaborative London office. The salary is up to £33k pro rata (£27k actual pay) and benefits include health insurance, laptop, team building events, wellness retreats, free gym access and osteopath, and more


As Office Manager, you will play an integral role in running of this dynamic start-up company including supporting the EA and management team. You will help to proactively manage supplier relationships and oversee facilities management, with the ultimate aim of developing office efficiency. Above all, your proactive attitude, organisation, and enthusiasm will help to cultivate a positive team environment.


As a meticulous multi-tasker with a can-do attitude, you will help with maintaining a clean and safe office space, provide administrative support, and act as the face of the business when welcoming guests and visitors. Your role will be vital to ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What do I need?

• Previous experience in office/studio management

• Experience in supporting with people/HR tasks

• IT literacy (Office 365 Suite & Google Workspace)

• Excellent time management

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills
