Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Freelancer to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our TikTok and Instagram accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. You will also assist with on and off social media events, influencer outreach, and other marketing initiatives. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to shape the role to suit your strengths and schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with P3PRMNT’s brand and goals.
  • Create 4-5 high-quality posts per week for TikTok and Instagram, including video content, graphics, and captions.
  • Videography and Photography (use of own phone and camera)
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations.
  • Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram accounts, increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic content and drive product promotion.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns around new product launches, sales, and special events.
  • Assist with the coordination of on and off social media events, including pop-ups, collaborations, and virtual events.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration.
  • Passion for lifestyle brands, fashion, and the athleisure market is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
