Operating within the highly sort after Renewables Energy sector, a new and exciting role now exists for a competent and innovative Product Manager. Operating as a leading figure in the company and in this field, you will be responsible for defining and managing the roadmap, user experience, service offerings, needs analysis, alignment and documenting new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, you will be able to successfully build and iterate on an existing world leading product and take it beyond its current offering.


Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy, vision and driving the roadmap for product development
  • Internalise and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle
  • Interview internal and external stakeholders
  • create an "As Is - To Be" rationale
  • Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
  • Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
  • Operate amongst Internal and External Senior stakeholders and product users


Characteristics


  • Possess excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • An ability to easily and effectively translate the needs of users and operators
  • Collaborate with highly skilled Engineering ,Software, Sales and Marketing professionals
  • Possessing the ability to look through the lense of the user whilst grasping the overall commercial objective - Strong commercial acumen
  • Coordinate people effectively in virtual teams and within a matrix structure


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
  • 5+ years' experience in product management
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
