As the Head of Delivery Services, you will oversee initiatives to harmonise delivery processes, strengthen team capabilities, and encourage innovation to consistently surpass client expectations. Your primary objective will be to cultivate delivery excellence, shorten time-to-value, and empower your team to achieve exceptional outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Improve Team Performance:

  • Supervise team activities and nurture a cohesive, high-performing culture.
  • Lead efforts in hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development to ensure team success.
  • Optimise resource management to enhance productivity and secure sustainable profitability.

Refine UK Delivery Operations:

  • Design and implement a scalable, standardised framework to ensure seamless project execution, with a focus on core pricing solutions.
  • Reduce time-to-value from 12 months to 6 months by improving methodologies and refining approaches.
  • Establish consistent, outcome-focused strategies to deliver measurable success for clients and the organisation alike.


What You Bring:

Expertise in SaaS Implementation:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering and managing large-scale SaaS implementations, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scaling organisation.

Leadership & People Development:

  • A proven track record of leading high-achieving teams, fostering individual growth, and driving collective success.

Financial & Resource Management:

  • Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and margin optimisation to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Comprehensive Delivery Expertise:

  • Extensive knowledge of project and delivery management, with an emphasis on scalable, repeatable processes.

Client-Centric Focus:

  • A strategic mindset committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes, coupled with the willingness to travel and collaborate across multiple locations.
