Your Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our esteemed banking

institution. As a pioneer in the industry, we understand the importance of leveraging advanced

The MS Dynamics CRM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of customized CRM solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of MS Dynamics CRM, as well as the banking industry's unique challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative solutions that improve customer engagement, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights through data analytics. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions that facilitate operational excellence. YOUR PROFILE:


Responsibilities:


 Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within MS Dynamics CRM to meet

business needs.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional

specifications.

 Maintain and enhance existing CRM solutions by analyzing user feedback and implementing

necessary updates.

 Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other banking systems and third-party applications to

enhance functionality.

 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM users, addressing any issues that

arise promptly.

 Conduct system testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

 Document all development processes, system configurations, and user guides thoroughly.


Requirements:


 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and implementation.

 Strong knowledge of the banking industry and its operational processes.

 Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML for CRM

customization.

 Experience with CRM integration techniques and managing data migration processes.

 Familiarity with CRM reporting and analytics tools to drive insights from customer data.

 Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight

deadlines.
