As a Section Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the section,
ensuring the efficient production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and leading the

work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that team members understand their
- responsibilities
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and
- excellence
- Allocate tasks to team members based on workload, skills, and development needs
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and
- consistency
- Assist inventory levels and coordinate to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients
- and supplies
- Ensure all the raw material or finish products are segregated in their respective area
- and free from any contamination
Experience:
- Experience as a baker or in a supervisory role within the food industry is typically
- required
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a good amount of team, train new staff, and
- handle scheduling
- Business Acumen: Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and
- customer service
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges, customer complaints, and
- ensure smooth daily operations
